Product Availability

All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this case, our customer service department will contact you to notify you and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse.

Returns

In order to return any product, you must send us online message to receive instructions on how to return your product(s)and a return authorization number.

If items have been opened, we are unable to accept them for return.This includes boxes with nutrition bars and/or packets in them. If you received the incorrect item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the item and contact us immediately so we can advise you how to return the order to us. Use the contact us form to send a message with the subject "How to return a product?" for instructions.

We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products including melted chocolate.You must be available to receive your order or to provide special delivery instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbors house,or not to deliver if no one is home. You may also have your order shipped to your workplace.

Once we receive your unopened,returned items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping.You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. Once terms have been established between the customer and TrueHealthyProducts.com we will refund the total order price minus original shipping and handling charges and assess a 15% re-stocking fee. As we are selling all products below whole sale prices and are unable to re-sell products that are returned so that we ensure that our customers receive the freshest and best possible quality in their original order.

We will accept unopened items back within 20 days of delivery.

Backorders

Occasionally our warehouse will run out of stock on certain items. If you have purchased a product that has run out, our customer service department will contact you via e-mail or phone to let you know when the product will be in stock. If you have any questions about a backorder, please contact our customer service department.

Florida Sales Tax

Customers living in the state of Florida are subject to Florida sales tax. These state taxes are required by law to sell to the state in which our company is currently established. The current sales tax is 7% and will be added to your order automatically upon checkout.

Shipping

Fitness Formula: Product will be shipped within 24 hours via DHL ground.
The Doctors Chocolate: Product will be shipped every Monday and Tuesday of each week.
